1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the BetMGM Sportsbook platform (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using the Services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and BETMGM, LLC.

2. Eligibility & Geolocation

To establish an account and place wagers, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. You must also be physically located within the geographic boundaries of an authorized state (AR, CO, IL, KS, MA, MO, NC, TN, WY) when placing a wager.

• We utilize third-party geolocation services to pinpoint your physical location.
• You consent to the continuous monitoring of your location while the application is active.
• The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, remote desktops, or any software designed to falsify your location is a direct violation of federal law and these Terms.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Pursuant to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and state regulations, we implement strict Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. Upon registration, you must provide:

• Full legal name and residential address.
• Date of Birth.
• The last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). In some cases, the full SSN may be required for tax reporting purposes.

Failure to pass identity verification will result in the inability to deposit funds or place wagers.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Player Funds

All funds deposited into your account are held in a segregated bank account separate from corporate operating funds, as mandated by gaming regulators. We reserve the right to review all withdrawal requests to prevent fraud and money laundering. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method chosen.

5. Tax Reporting and Liability

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable state, local, or federal taxes on your winnings. BetMGM, LLC complies with all IRS reporting requirements. We will issue an IRS Form W-2G to you and the IRS for any wager that results in winnings of $600 or more (and at least 300 times the wager amount).

6. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of your use of the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
